Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is currently seeking a passionate administrative superstar to join our very busy Immunisation Directorate team based in Tauranga. This is a fixed term full-time position to 30 June 2024. The successful candidate will be comfortable with making telephone contact with key stakeholders and feel confident in reaching out to our whanau to offer options for delivery of childhood immunisations. Some team lead duties are involved in this position. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to problem solve. This role is an important part of a team who work closely together, and with multiple stakeholders, to improve immunisation rates across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
