Korero mo te turanga - About the role This is a part time job share opportunity, working alongside another part time writer. Ideally, your working days would be Mon/Tue/Wed but we are open to alternatives. As the UX Writer, you will deliver great user experiences to our digital channels, providing writing expertise to support updates to our content and help optimise our marketing campaigns to be more customer centric. As part of a creative, motivated and talented team, you will help craft new digital experiences to enable NZ Post to deliver what people care about. Using your outstanding writing skills and talent for making complex information clear for users. You'll drive a vision for product content, ensuring tactical execution to drive cohesive product narratives across all digital touch points within the product. More than an advocate for our customers - you will have a vision for what truly great experiences can be and you will want to create the future of digital. Mou - About you Key to your success in this role is your extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with proven experience in usability studies, interviewing and ethnographic observation. Your superior analytical skills and deep understanding of behavioural analysis and statistical concepts will allow you to perform key research while your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to relay complex information in a simple, clear, and concise manner and collaborate with cross-functional personnel. You will also be involved in regular presentations of visually and verbally engaging content, so you'll possess a proficiency in online user testing tools, wireframing software and software that aids in the delivery of high-quality presentations He Aha Te Pai - What you'll love about us!
