The Pride is one of the largest breweries in New Zealand and is home to some of New Zealand's most iconic and beloved beverage brands, from Steinlager and Lindauer through to Mac's, Wither Hills, and Speight's. We have a great opportunity for Utilities and Process Services Manager to join our engineering team at The Pride, East Tamaki, on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for efficient operation of the site Utilities, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Recycling function, whilst ensuring site and group environmental requirements (inc. legislative) are delivered and adhered to. This role will be responsible for plant operation to deliver optimised operating costs and delivery of plant performance expectations. This role also assumes site electrical system ownership including HV plant and systems Key to your success in this role will be: Relevant experience of Utilities and Process Services Functions (Power, Steam, C02, Electricity Water and Refrigeration). Strong challenger mindset, with the ability to have courageous conversations. Ability to interpret and analyse data, and make data driven decisions. Knowledge of local and industry trends in energy and environment management. Proven experience in delivering utilities plant performance expectations. Systems and learning agility to apply new concepts and continuously improve. Ability to motivate and inspire people at all levels, building a high performing team. A tertiary degree in engineering is preferred.
