Tumour Steam Coordinators (Cancer Tracker)

We are seeking dynamic highly organised registered nurses to work as Tumour Stream Coordinators. There are two part time positions - 0.5FTE working 20 hours per week, and 0.4FTE working 16 hours per week.

• Well-developed communication skills: with patients, their families and the inter-disciplinary/medical teams
• Confidence with computer based systems for patient management
• Positive, adaptable, flexible and motivated.
• Committed to high standards of patient focused clinical care and a desire to grow and develop.
The ability to work closely with the Faster Cancer Treatment Clinical Nurse Specialists is essential.
