Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Effective communication and presentation abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in managing and delivering transportation projects within established timelines and budgets. Familiarity with local and national transportation policies, regulations, and guidelines.
