Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Join us at Transport Rebuild East Coast (TREC) and be part of a significant initiative that is reshaping the highway and rail networks in Te Tairawhiti (Gisborne) and Te Matau a Maui (Hawke's Bay). As an alliance comprising Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Downer, Fulton Hogan, and Higgins, we are dedicated to planning, organising, and executing the crucial recovery and rebuild efforts in collaboration with local businesses and contractors.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Training Coordinator who will be responsible for the successful administration and coordination of our various TREC training and competency programmes in collaboration with TREC staff, local sub-contractors, and the community. This role will also involve proactively managing the plant induction database.What we need from you:Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable time management.Proven successful track record in administration/event management role, preferably in a similar industry.Full Class 1 driver's licence.Previous experience with Learning Management systems.High level of competency in Excel, Outlook, Word and database experience.Have a strong working knowledge of learning/training within an organisation.Excellent written and spoken English.Can build effective relationships with all levels of the company.If you're interested in learning more, please submit your CV for a confidential discussion.
