A progressive company that understands it is the people who make the difference.About the roleOur People & Safety team is looking for a Training Advisor to join their supportive team.In this role, you will get to do what you love - coordinating the training and compliance framework at Port Nelson. You will get to work collaboratively with managers, trainers, and assessors across the Port to ensure the effective delivery of our on-the-job training and New Zealand Certificate programmes.You will enjoy stretching and developing your existing training knowledge to create training initiatives within both the compliance, personal development and Well-being space. We have a varied team at Port Nelson who work in a safety sensitive environment so variety is a given in the role.About youThis is a great opportunity to grow your training experience in a rewarding role where learning really matters and makes a difference.
