Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Specialist in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ultimately ensuring a positive online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisions- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries- Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improvement in the online shopping experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay current on product knowledge and promotional offerings- Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements:- Independent and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time- Strong computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms or customer service software is preferred- A positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset- High school diploma or equivalent
