About the Role We are currently seeking a mechanically minded Trade Spray Service Consultant to join our Dulux Trade Centre in Lower Hutt, Wellington. This is a part time position, 25 hours, and flexible if this is over 4 or 5 days. In this role you will use your mechanical and customer service skills to piston and diaphragm machines.Exposure to spray painting machines is not essential as you will be trained thoroughly and accredited.Some of your responsibilities will include: Repairing and maintaining spray machines Providing after-sales support with trade painters Managing the hire of spray equipment and the warranty on spray machines Provide support to the store's teams Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained Managing service stock levels Skills & Experience Equipment repair and service experience, or a Mechanical aptitude Problem-solving and troubleshooting Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team An excellent level of physical fitness – lifting is required Why DuluxGroup?
