Trade Purchasing Administrator We are looking for adynamic, friendly, efficient person to support our Trade Department in the day-to-dayadministrative duties of the Timber and Building Supplies Department. As we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence, we'reseeking a skilled administrator focused both internally and externally. Youwould report to the Trade Manager and your role will be pivotal in providingoutstanding customer service and adept administrative support to our TradeAdministrator, Account Manager, and customers. This role is fast paced and requires an organised, taskorientated candidate that can work under pressure.Noday will be the same, dealing with suppliers and our local tradesmen on a dailybasis. The successful applicant wouldhave great customer service skills, good telephone manner as well as theability to communicate with a wide range of customers. What would your day involve : Provides administrative support to Trade Manager You would be working along side the Trade Administrator and aspart of a wider team on both day to day accountabilities and project work Generally, your day could include procurement, following up onquotes, price sourcing, inwards goods invoicing, taking and processing orders,dealing with client enquiries and organising transport for direct to siteorders, basically following orders through from inception to delivery Your responsibilities in assisting the Trade Administrator willinclude : Maintaining the GAP management process Assisting with receipting goods and replenishment if required Researching product and supplier ordering We are looking for a person who has : Strong organisational skills, time management skills as well asyour methodical approach to work You have the ability to work under pressure and prioritiseeffectively Excellent communication within the business and customers Ability to manage a varied and busy workload This is a fulltime role, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
