If this is you, we'd love you to join our team at Wairoa District Council as a Tourism Information Officer / Gaiety Theatre Assistant. In this full time, permanent role you will be responsible for assisting with providing an enjoyable theatre experience and efficient and friendly service to the community and visitors to the I-Site.
About the role: This role involves providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for patrons of the Gaiety theatre and visitors to the I-Site. You will also provide administrative support in the management of all aspects of the I-Site.
About you: You will have outstanding customer service skills, ensuring that visitors have a positive and memorable experience. You will be versatile as this role involves juggling responsibilities between the Gaiety Theatre and I-Site.
