What you would be doing?
We are looking to fill Test Analyst positions for analysts with both automated and manual testing experience. I am looking for Test Analysts comfortable with working on either test domain. Applicants should have a broad test experience in a variety of environments – from bespoke legacy applications to leading-edge mobile applications, using a variety of different tools.
You must have strong Agile experience, preferably using SAFe. They must have proven ability to resolve ambiguity. Preference will be given to candidates with strong ‘T-shaped’ skill sets.
Enable efficient testing of software by developing and maintaining a test automation framework using Ruby.
Be responsible for the definition, implementation, and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance test strategies on highly iterative and collaborative projects in an Agile environment.
Develop test plans / test cases and estimates
Sound knowledge on black box and white box testing
Understanding of manual, performance and automation testing – expertise in manual and automation test tools and frameworks
Must have functional and basic non-functional testing experience
Log defects and track to closure, working with development teams to establish defect validity, cause and retesting as required
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Who are we looking for?
I’m interested in hearing from Test Analysts with five or more years’ of proven experience. You’ll also need to have:
Experience on API / Web Service (WebLogic, API Connect, Web Services etc..), desktop applications and mobile devices testing
Experience in DB testing and in writing simple- to medium-complexity SQL queries
Proven experience with automation tools such as TOSCA, SOAP-UI, JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber
Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming
Must have the knowledge and understand fundamental concepts of Continuous Integration (preferably with Jenkins) Utilize ATDD techniques to create a robust/reliable /repeatable automation test bed
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Creating test frameworks from scratch
Able to work in an open team space/collaborative environment
Hands on experience with QA best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skill
A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Experience in the Public Sector preferred
