Join our highly engaged , customer focused multichannel team and take charge of managing a portfolio of Route convenience accounts.
Develop account plans for Impulse and Convenience accounts within your in conjunction with the National Field Manager.
You'll being your valued sales experience, alongside a desire to learn & evolve as the role and industry requires. 
What would be your key responsibilities?  Develops profitable account plans for Impulse and Convenience accounts in territoryAchieves quality call coverage and call rates in line with agreed objectivesMaximises promotional sales opportunities through the sell-in of secondary site displays in-store and shelf presenceCollaboration with distributor reps in the territory including (but not limited to) in-store brand availability, stock weight and shelf presence and hardwareMaximises the effectiveness of trade promotions, spend allowances, trade premiums, incentives and dealsDrives distribution/perfect store including effective management of permanent in-store hardware What are we looking for?  Broad understanding of the Multichannel customer base (dairies, foodservice, mass, wholesale)Proven success in driving mutual sustainable growthPassion for using territory data to take insight driven actionHunger to learn & evolve ways of working to keep pace with an evolving industryWhilst FMCG experience is preferred, transferable experience from other industries will be considered What can you expect from Mars?
