We are looking for a technical person for our Desktop Server Support team We have a vibrant and friendly team supplying Desktop Technical Helpdesk Support services to a wide range of corporate clients throughout New Zealand and Australia from our Wellington Head Office A vacancy exists in the team for an individual who is proactive and keen to assist with client IT problems You would be working with an industry specific client base providing telephone and remote support to New Zealand Australian based corporate clients We provide a range of support and hosted products physical and virtual plus data centre and communications management to domestic and multinational clients The successful applicant will be working an eight hour day varying in the range of 8 00am6 00pm We are an innovative company so your experience could be in a Helpdesk role general IT support or perhaps another industry where you have been the one with the IT knowledge You must be able to demonstrate strong desktop support skills 2 years experience in IT support an attention to detail and a proactive attitude We rely on good communication with our clients many of whom are techno phobic therefore English as a first language and clear communication skills are essential If you do not meet this criteria please do not apply You must be available in Wellington for interview at short notice so if you are not located in New Zealand nor within appropriate travelling distance of Wellington please do not apply
