Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, the Service Desk Analyst role is focused on first level hardware and software support and will usually be the first point of contact for internal staff.You'll work with other members of the Plunket T&I team and utilise your customer service and people skills to improve overall service delivery in line with the Plunket T&I Vision.You will be a self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively, providing organisation-wide guidance and advice, and is able to respond to business needs when they arise.
