We are looking for a technically strong engineering leader to lead the way in creating new and advanced technologies for our customers. You'll be a crucial part of the team, analysing technologies, working with different groups, working across the Engineering teams, planning and managing dependencies, and making sure we have what we need for big projects worldwide, hence this role may require some international travel from time to time. As a TPM, you will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage bold and innovative behaviour to maximize business benefit. Furthermore, we are looking for an individual who possesses: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline? PMP or other project management relevant certifications Good understanding of Lean/Agile Product development? Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the IoT or Technology sector Familiarity with the Food Services / Food Retail industry or related sectors is advantageous Deep hands-on technical expertise and experience with physical products? Strong business and technical acumen?
