Due to an internal promotion our Field Services team are on the search for a Technical Field Service Manager to join us at our National Support Office. About the Role This is a vital role based within our Field Services team, working out of the National Support Office in Ellerslie, that will see you responsible for examining, reporting, and addressing all technical and product issues that may arise within the business. As you will be working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, it is imperative that you have excellent people skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining tyre evaluation programs, and participating in market surveys and analysisSupporting consumer and commercial product planning and development across the consumer, commercial and retread channelsSupporting sales, learning and development, and marketing on all technical and product matters, including amongst others product training content, updating of technical reference documents and customer satisfaction.Management of warranty claim activities across the commercial, consumer and retread sectorsImplementing and promoting quality improvement best practices and strategies including retread factory QA audits.Continuous improvement of Technical Services functionsCertifying efficiency and productivity across cross functional projects, assisting with support and developmentEnsuring relevant NZ Standards & Regulations are met, maintaining compliance with relevant NZ laws, HSE and company policies and engagement with relevant industry bodies.People leadership, budgets, management reporting and presentations.
