Team Manager - Facilities - Queenstown Joining us as Team Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager. Your role will encompass managing our awesome team of Facilities Operators and as leader, you'll get your "hands dirty" at times, supporting your people and ensuring their success while exceeding our clients' expectations.
What do our Facilities Operators do you ask? Firstly, they work across some of the best spot's NZ has to offer. This could be working in Gibbston one day, Arrowtown the next, or on the lake front at Frankton or Queenstown. Their mission? Ensuring that public toilets, BBQs, bus stops, and drinking fountains are all in tip-top shape for the community to enjoy. As the Team Manager, you will use your leadership skills to continue to build the team with a focus on achieving excellence and pride in what they do.
