Team Leader/Senior Consultant

Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time $80,000 – $90,000 per year plus commission White Board opportunity. Build the team up.  Don't count days. Make days count.This role will only suit someone who is already working in the recruitment industry in a senior consultant or leadership role. The role will be varied and exciting with a little bit of everything in it . White collar business mix. This is a billing role as much a leadership opportunity. You will be busy at the front end being a brand ambassador, sales leader, renegotiation, client engagement/key stakeholder meetings and running your own portfolio. Outside of which includes delivering a strategy around operation excellence and expansion for the present and the future. It is a fresh thinking, smart operating, rebuilding operation. Reporting locally with an off shore head office,you must be that energetic can do self-managing person.
