You will need to provide clarity and insight into grey or complex issues, and when you deliver projects, you will feel deeply rewarded.A typical day could be working on spatial planning, policy strategy and development, unlocking whenua, urban growth projects, economic development strategy, feasibility studies and business cases for anything from community centres and arts projects to city centre investment programmes and housing projects, or using better business case methodologies to shape complex programmes and support investment decisions.With offices in Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua, we work throughout New Zealand.
