About the role
As a result of growing demand for our expertise we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Learning Design to join us as part of the People and Culture team.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will bring your strong people management background and will be critical in leading your team to deliver learning solutions and initiatives centred on the business's needs. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Learning and Development Advisors and Specialists.
Skills and experience required:
To be successful in this role you will bring;
Previous experience in People Leader role in the Learning and Development Team
Proven experience in learning design
A high level of ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Building a high performing team to enable the Learning Design Function to reach its full potential.
A pragmatic and solutions-focussed approach

You will have a strong customer service ethic balanced with strong commercial acumen. A big picture thinker, you'll have the ability to create strategies and turn them into actionable initiatives. This role will offer the right candidate a variety and challenge in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
