They now have a vacancy for a positive, energetic, reliable person who is able to take on the Team Coordinator position at their Kaikohe branch in Northland. The responsibilities of this role include (but not limited): Support staff recruitment, retention, training development & growth plans.Lead from the front and build positive healthy working relationships with all staff.Provide feedback regularly throughout the day that will impact operational requirements from being met.Ensure all products dispatched and services provided are processed and documented to a high standard and delivered on time.Liaise with customers regarding extra orders/delivery timing/packing slips etc.Achieve production efficiency standards.Provide schedule/regular quality check results of finished goods and customer service.Resolve any delivery problems and implement training systems to improve customer satisfaction.Adjust team routine regularly (daily if necessary) to proactively manage seasonal changes and delivery requirements (e.g., long weekends, summer season, BOI events, increasing or decreasing delivery days per week, stock shortages etc.). Review and improve procedures, layout, storage systems etc.Maintain machinery & equipment as per daily preventative maintenance machinery requirements.During peak summer months (November - February) availability to work on a Saturday work will be a required. About you: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and manage several customer queries simultaneously.
