Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity Our Sector Digital Channels team are working to expand and improve the digital health landscape in Aotearoa. We are the digital transformation partners enabling modern technology solutions that improve the people and whanau experience through equitable access to varying models of care.
We are the change agent for national programmes and work with our customers and partners to enable equitable access through both digital self-service and assisted channels and to reduce pressure on the workforce through automation and integration. We are product focused and leverage modern platforms, technologies and ways of working to deliver quality, sustainable and cost-effective products and services.

Mou | About you As our Team Lead Salesforce Delivery, you will be at the heart of our Sector Digital Channels, shaping the Salesforce delivery capability. You will collaborate closely with CRM product teams, guiding programs of work across our diverse Salesforce landscape. Plus, you get to lead by example, ensuring our teams work seamlessly within an efficient delivery model, using common components to scale up.

You'll be the friendly face connecting our team with other stakeholders, aligning our efforts with broader goals, and being a mentor who's passionate about nurturing individual growth. Together, we'll harness our collective talents to create outstanding software solutions, elevating Te Whatu Ora's success and enhancing our end-users' experience.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience Proficiency across the Salesforce platform and products e.g., Health Cloud, Omni studio etc Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading Salesforce platform teams before, being involved with hiring, managing, and growing people from a variety of backgrounds. Experience in Salesforce development, either in a senior or lead position. Exceptional planning and organisational experience. Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience in managing suppliers and vendors. Strong financial management of operational budgets Demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage teams in an environment of change, financial prudence, and an increasing level of digital maturity across the organisation Sound delivery experience across a range of delivery styles including experience with agile team facilitation, matrix model delivery and product teams. Knowledge of the Health Sector and Government is preferred but not essential. Salesforce certifications are preferred. Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders.
