Integral Diagnostics is currently seeking Group Applications Support Officer to join our Applications Team. Leveraging off your previous Administration, Clerical, Reception or Applications experience, you will maintain, monitor, test and validate our applications software (predominantly RIS/PACS). Liaising with radiologists, referrers, and internal staff you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our applications, and ultimately our business workflows.
Reporting to the Group Applications Team Lead & Group Applications Manager, you will be an excellent communicator, a keen problem-solver and co-operative team player.
This is a fast paced, challenging and rewarding role.Responsibilities include: Assisting internal and external users with enquiries
Ability to troubleshoot and identify any technical or application issues
Liaise with vendors of core applications to ensure that the IDX business delivers quality of service
About You: Experience in healthcare, medical or similar industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work a night shift / on call roster
