Key Responsibilities : · Conceptual Design: Develop innovative solutions and promote concepts to prospective clients. · Bid Strategy Development: Contribute to bid strategy and value engineering for optimal cost solutions. · Project Management: Manage project engineering aspects within budget and schedule constraints. · Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications. · Quality Assurance: Review engineering work to ensure design integrity and compliance. · Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to estimators, construction teams, and project managers. What We're Looking For: · Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. · Experience: 2+ years in distribution line design and construction in New Zealand. · Certifications: Registration as a CPEng is highly desirable. · Skills: Proficient in auditing, root cause analysis, and risk management. · Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices. · Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationships and stakeholder management. · Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
