Home Assessor and Instructional/Multimedia Designer.   ACE Energy Solutions is an independent organisation that provides a wide range of insulation products and services to its clients and customers all over Auckland and beyond.   As the business is growing we are looking for a dynamic enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate who fits into the role of Home Assessor and Instructional/Multimedia Designer for growing our business. This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week or more with hourly wages ranging between 30 to 35 NZD.    As a Home Assessor and Instructional/Multimedia Designer you will be responsible for a dual role of home assessments and creating digital content accordingly for the business.    Role and responsibilities are as follows.  Complete understanding of the products and services provided by ACE Energy Solutions. Assisting staff with the home assessment. Editing PDF home reports.  Handle stakeholders' queries emails and phone calls. Manage the social media platform for the business to grow the business.  Attract new customers through graphic designing and video editing. Creation of digital assets such as Instagram stories Facebook posts LinkedIn posts animations and videos  Planning and designing various kinds of digital content for the website and social media including business promotional content instructional content etc.  Creating digital content in line with the services and products that are client-engaging and easy to understand.    IDEAL CANDIDATE  An Ideal candidate should have knowledge and skills in multimedia designing and digital content designing. Any relevant qualification shall be preferable but not mandatory.  Previous knowledge of home assessments would be preferable but not compulsory as all the training related to the company's products and services shall be provided.  Good command on computer IT skills and graphic designing skills.    Additional Information: The position will involve weekend work evening shifts and work during Public holidays.
