Support Specialist - Remote Work

Vector Limited is currently seeking a Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for energetic and independent individuals who possess strong research and critical thinking skills.

As a Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting customer inquiries and resolutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
