This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it… Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The purpose of the EDI Support Analyst role is to provide daily monitoring and operational support for the electronic transaction integration between Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora and its EDI suppliers to facilitate the timely and accurate supply of goods and payment of invoices for all EDI suppliers. This includes some transactional data maintenance to support the overall EDI process and ePharmacy integration, as well as timely resolution of system integration issues.
In addition, the role is responsible for the proactive reporting and analysis of trends within EDI to identify potential issues, unwanted recurring patterns, root causes, possible solutions and opportunities for improvement. It includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders and technical solution specialists to drive and support the implementation of process improvements in the EDI space and with operational teams to lift compliance to EDI data standards and business processes as well as the overall effectiveness of the EDI solution.
The primary focus of the role is on Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Northern Region entities initially, but is expected to expand to a more nationally focused role as EDI usage is expanded within other Districts.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience Ka kawea e koe | You will bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in the Purchasing to Pay cycle in an ERP environment Experience working as an EDI Analyst in a similar environment or role for a minimum of 2 years preferred Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred Business and commercial analysis with experience using business analysis tools Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organization Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams Ko te mahi e tika ana mo te ao hurihuri nei | Work that suits today's ever-changing world Te Whatu Ora supports flexible and hybrid working for our kaimahi.
