Full time - 7 month fixed term
(80 hours per fortnight)
Our Information Services team is offering an enthusiastic and dynamic customer support person the chance to showcase their skills. You'll work within our team as a first point of contact for Information Services. Your contribution will support the success with which we deliver services to the Hawkes Bay community.
While an IT background would be helpful, it's more imperative you have superior customer service and administration skills. We'll support you with on the job training so the ability to learn new skills and be adaptable is essential. The position provides an exciting opportunity as we transition into a fully functioning Service Desk.
You'll work alongside our technical staff and business users at all levels of the organisation, having excellent communication skills and being able to "speak our language" is imperative. The environment is complex and changes quickly, you'll need to be able to problem solve and maintain calm under pressure.
