About the role
This role is in our Resolutions Team. Asa member of this team, you will communicate with customers to identify the bestway to resolve their issue and then work with them to execute that plan. We have great tools available to you and ahighly refined training course to ensure that you are well prepared. The skills you learn with us are highlytransferrable and useful in a variety of circumstances.
This is a 40 hourper week role based in our Napier CBD office.Our office is open 8:30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and your hours willfit in between those times. The rolewill mean that you need to be here until 7pm some days but not others.
