Within the Business, the Team Leader - Structures is a working role responsible for the leadership, co-ordination and delivery of designated Structures activities and teams carrying out maintenance and projects on Downer contracted sites.The Team Leader - Structures has a strong focus on people leadership and the promotion of safety, quality and productivity to optimise value for the Downer business and our customers.This role will entail the operational leadership of the Structures team and look to taking the team to new levels, this will also being an 'on the tools working' role.
