The Role Specialising across the Manufacturing, FMCG and Power Generation sectors, Demand Electrical is in search of an individual who has hands-on electrical expertise and is ready to take on a pivotal leadership role. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will see you lead a team of electricians through a range of electrical projects surrounding maintenance, site upgrades and installation processes. Operating in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage (up to 11kv) environments, this role demands an individual with a keen eye for detail, ensuring strict safety compliance. Joining the Project Delivery team offers many opportunities for continuous improvement and expanding your expertise in team and company management. About you Coming from an electrical background, you will focus on client management, field supervisory and all maintenance operations across a project-style environment. This will see you as somebody who can work in and manage a team-based environment, capable of coordinating and delegating diverse team skill sets to ensure projects are completed within budget and allocated schedules. This position requires someone with a fully registered EWRB and experience in or around industrial-style assets. This could see you coming from a Team Lead, Supervisor or Foreman position, exposed to the FMCG, Manufacturing or likewise environments eager to take on a larger role. As part of the project delivery team, you will be capable of assisting in maintenance operations across varying project environments. Alternatively, you could be a field-based electrician looking to take that next step within your career and advance into a management-style role.
