Store Manager / Manager

We are seeking a motivated, positive person with previous experience to lead our team as the Store Manager/Grocery Manager. The successful applicant must be reliable, honest, a strong leader and a team player. Experience is ESSENTIAL for this role in the following areas: Be driven to work autonomously and in conjunction with the owner operators Be honest, with integrity and excellent work ethic Strong leadership skills to manage a large team & the store at times Ability to work alongside other department managers Computer skills, including experience using a stock management IT software system, ordering systems Proven time management & customer service skills Be fit & able for a physical role Grocery Department management experience -Stock management -Product management - New/Deleted & Product Relays -Ordering of stock & understanding buying patterns -Ability to maintain order accurately with analysis of sales data -Supermarket industry experience, merchandising experience -Ability to manage invoices & inwards stock records It is a permanent contract for 40hrs per week; some flexibility is required during the busy summer season. Remuneration will depend on the successful applicants experience and skills. Southern Cross Healthcare package. Accommodation package is negotiable. Relocation package available if applicable.
