About You:
A strong people leader

Confident and personable
Ability to learn new products and technical information
Some business 2 business sales experience could be helpful

The Role:
Lead a small team of staff including an optometrist
Make sales and help customers
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Reporting/ other managerial duties
Create innovative ways to bring in more customers/ be more profitable
