We are Horticulture, Cleaning and Retailer Company ESJ SERVICE'S LIMITED in Hawkes Bay. The roles are on permanent and Ongoing basis. The roles will be based in Hawkes Bay Region.STORE MANAGERDuties: hourly $30-$3530 hoursRecruiting and training staffDealing with suppliersDetermining product mix , stock levels and service standardsImplementing purchasing and marketing policies, and settings pricesPromoting and advertising the establishments goods and servicesControlling selection, training and supervision of staffConducting performance reviews and appraisals;Maintaining statistical and financial records.CLEANING MANAGERMain responsibilities hourly $30-$3530 hoursAssist the Head of Cleaning Services in the managing, control and supervision of a team of cleaning staffManagement of the time and attendance system, including verification of all data and time sheetsActively involved in the delivery of training and to assist the Facilities Manager in staff supervision, monitoring of work performance and welfare mattersEnsure service level agreements are metAssist the Head of Cleaning Services with performance reviewsComplete Return to Work interviewsEnsure work is carried out in accordance with health, hygiene and safety proceduresMaintain records relevant to the department: training records; staff attendance; maintenance repairs and servicingAssist the Head of Cleaning Services with supervising external cleaning services, and the correct disposal of white goods in accordance with current legislationJob requirements- all on job training will be providedapplicants should state their NZ visa status while applying.If you think you are the right person for the job, then apply before 07/05/2024.
