UCG works closely with network operators to optimise the performance of their existing and planned infrastructure and to ensure that deployments are delivered fit for purpose and future proofed.Ko ta matou mahi - About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Penrose, that is specific to the Land Access activity, working with Councils and local authorities to obtain permits. In this role you will be a subject matter expert (SME) of UCG's operational processes and liaise with our key external stakeholders.Ko to mahi – What you will doDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholdersWork collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to drive positive outcomesEnsure quality and compliance to legislative requirementsProvide guidance and support to remote and virtual colleaguesEnsure designs and consent applications meet customer specific quality requirementsNa tou rourou - What you will bringYou will have  previous experience within the telecommunications industry, including:liaising with external stakeholders (Councils, Utilities Companies, and Local Authorities) to obtain information and negotiate successful outcomes;exposure to UFB and NGA architecture, relevant to either build or provisioning, is desirable; andexperience in handling Land Access Applications and Work Access Permits, will be highly regarded.You are an experienced and confident facilitator with the technical clout, who enjoys engaging with people across all walks of life.
