About OnPar We are Australasia's premier golf marketing and sponsorship specialists. We partner with golf clubs to design, market and manage professional sponsorship programs. Our services include professional signage solutions, graphic design, marketing and brand engagement. Established in 2015, OnPar is passionate about the sport of golf and proud to support regional golf clubs to achieve their vision. Demand for our services is growing and we are currently undergoing a period of expansion to meet that demand. This is an exciting time for OnPar and we are looking for an outstanding Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team and be part of the next stage in our evolution.  OnPar is situated in a home-based office in Maungatapu and, with 7 team members, a cat and the occasional appearance of two young boys, has a real family feel! About the Role Firstly, this is not a telesales role. We are offering a unique mix of phone and face-to-face strategies that require a consultative, intelligent approach to business development. The ability to network and develop lasting relationships is a must in this small but dynamic industry. You will work with current Golf Club Sponsors to renew their existing sponsorship packages, and you will also research and identify a list of potential new sponsors for our Golf Club Partners. You will then execute a targeted approach to selling, working in a consultative way to ensure the best possible solution is presented for each client whether it be a renewal or new sponsor. With a strong sense of integrity you will naturally take full accountability for each process until it has been signed, sealed and delivered! This role is an integral part of our Sales Division; you will be offered training and support by our Sales Director and will be joining a fun, collaborative team of professionals.  About You You are an experienced, results driven Sales Professional with a high level of integrity and a strategic, intelligent approach to sales. You love talking on the phone and getting out there into the industry to connect with its members. We are not looking for a "spray and pray" approach, rather this role is about identifying a targeted list of potential sponsors for our Golf Clubs, presenting our sponsorship options and of course, closing the deal!    To be successful in this role you will: Have outstanding communication and networking skills Have the ability to learn without ego; ask questions, listen to expertise and try new things Be passionate and enthusiastic about sales and golf Have high standards - in yourself and your work Be a collaborative team player Be self-motivated Have integrity, initiative and intelligence  You will be paid an excellent base salary plus quarterly revenue bonuses.
