The Opportunity We are actively seeking enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Community Care sales team as Solutions Specialist, with the role based in Tauranga. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families, contributing to our collective journey. We are dedicated to bringing aboard the finest talents to propel our team forward. This role specifically focuses on community care, making knowledge or a desire to specialize in these areas crucial. Choose Tauranga as the location to embark on this fulfilling journey with us!   The Role Our Solutions Specialists are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and key contacts in the assigned territory. You will work collaboratively to promote our community care products and provide solutions that enable our clients to live better lives. You will have a passion for working with people, be customer focused, and proactive. This combined with a background in sales, account management, healthcare or education would be preferred. You will be given extensive training on all the features of our current and future community care equipment as it is released and will become a subject matter expert to service your territory. Key Responsibilities    Promoting the features and benefits of our equipment and providing our solutions and services to potential and existing OT's, Physio's, key contacts and clients Conducting home visits to script or setup solutions Presenting equipment education sessions and attending industry shows/exhibits to promote our solutions Territory planning – ensuring your area is serviced and kept up to date with reactive and proactive visits Identifying new opportunities within your territory and for the business Being a subject expert and trusted advisor for clients Delivery, set up and technical adjustments of client equipment  Developing and maintaining successful relationships with contacts and clients  Working collaboratively internally and externally to provide exceptional customer service CRM maintenance within your territory Travel and some overnight stays as required The Ideal Candidate A passion for working with people and making a difference Strong verbal and written communication skills A customer centric mindset A desire to work collaboratively both internally and externally to achieve great outcomes for our clients Excellent relationship building and account management skills  The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and complete tasks on time Technical nous and a desire to learn new things  An engaging, positive and empathetic personality  Strong account management/business development DNA is desired A preference to be out on the road servicing clients, with the ability to travel overnight at times Knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology preferred 3+ years experience in a health, education, or sales role A related tertiary qualification would be advantageous (Business, education, health) Due to the nature of this role, you must have a full driver's license and consent to a police vetting check to be an eligible candidate.
