Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity Our Shine team is one of New Zealand's leading providers of family harm support and prevention services. We help adult and child victims become safe and stay safe, raise awareness and recognition of family harm.
Working from our central Auckland office, our refugesand in the community;on a day to day basis you willwork with clients to ensure that they can achieve and maintain safety. This includes that theyhave access tothebasic needs for family, community & cultural support, financial & housing stability, food, learning & employment; andaccess to equitable & responsive services.
This is a part time role -20 hours per week.

Nga pukenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience You are a qualified, registered andexperiencedSocial Worker with proven experience in the family violence sector (5 years+). In addition, you have:
A comprehensiveunderstanding of the causes and dynamics of intimate partner violence
Knowledge of local social systems and community resources Commitment to developing and maintaining strong networks in the community Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage competing demands
Resilience, tenacity and determination Digital literacy, includingMicrosoft Word, Outlook and Excel
