Due to internal growth and development our sales team have potential opportunities coming up from mid to late May to join them.
Your role is to manage a portfolio of customers with a total value of approx. $2 million and win new business with customers that do not presently use or partially use NZ Post. Be the friendly face (or voice!) that small businesses can trust. Show them that we're not just about moving parcels; we're about building partnerships. Act as a solution provider for customers, addressing any issues promptly and drive the acquisition of new clients through effective communication, relationship building, and solution-oriented sales strategies.

Mou - About you You'll need a professional communication style (both phone and email) and experience in a customer service, contact centre, retail or a sales / account management style role. This role is a fantastic stepping stone if your ultimate goal is to move into field sales. If you can demonstrate the ability to exceed customer expectations, while identifying business opportunities, then the sky is the limit for your sales career.
