As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to take the store's performance from strength to strength and be able to exercise strong decision-making, prioritisation, and management skills to support this growth. Leading and supporting the creation of a cohesive and collaborative team will be core too – so ideally you know what it takes to motivate, encourage and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. Please note working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with rostered Saturdays 9am – 12pm About you Ideally, you will bring sales experience with a second-to-none customer focus and a positive 'can-do' attitude. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities all while delivering an outstanding customer experience, will ensure your success. Ideally, you'll also have an affinity to the dairy/farming/agriculture industry, enabling you to provide accurate advice to our farmers.
