Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Based in Mount Maunganui, this is an active Site Supervisor role installing bridges in various locations throughout New Zealand.  You will be a hands-on Working Site Supervisor, delivering on projects, leading a small team and managing sub-contractors, implementing health & safety on site, and overseeing and working on the installation of bridge structures, foundations, and piling work. You will be working for a company that has grown a great culture that provides its people with the opportunity to succeed.    Role Requirements: 3-5 years experience in a similar environment working with teams, contractors, suppliers, and industry contacts A varied practical skill set, with proven skills in carpentry, concrete work, earthworks, or ideally bridge works Qualified trade qualification in Carpentry or Civil Construction Working knowledge of engineering drawings, sizing, components, and requirements of structures Class 4/5 licence W,T,R is highly desirable Site Safe Certificate First Aid Certificate Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and experience in implementing it in the workplace Experience in competently and safely operating heavy machinery  Flexible to work away at various sites around the North Island predominantly Monday to Friday   Personal Qualities and Attributes:   ·       Well presented, and good communication skills ·       Commitment to professional development ·       Ability to relate to a wide range of people ·       Energetic, willing and a can-do-attitude ·       Excellent quality, attention to detail and organisational skills ·       Commitment to the process of continuous improvement   If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for apply today: or call: 079256288
