We are looking for a leader who: Empowers and encourages teachers to chase their passions. Fosters a respectful environment and naturally cultivates positive staff culture. Will take pride in representing Lilliput to whanau and our community. Is a qualified and registered ECE kaiako and NZ resident Strong knowledge of ECE regulations and professional standards. Excellent organisational, compliance and budgeting skills. Doesn't hesitate to change a few nappies, or take out the rubbish to help their team.
