You'll be involved in overseeing the crew to ensure the activities meet H&S requirements and are being delivered in line with construction plans. You will also be required to be hands on as and where required.Key responsibilities include:Assist in successful delivery of projects to ensure they are executed efficiently, profitably and within appropriate standards of quality.Meet or exceed project production targets and requirements through good management and planningLiaise and work in with the balance of the FIAL team including subcontractors to increase performance and relationships, escalate issues to Contract Manager as appropriate.Assist in ensuring all construction operations are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety policies and continually strive to eliminate work injuries.Assist with and ensure Company plant and equipment is used correctly, effectively and maintained regularly and the required plant and equipment certification and regulations are complied with.Ensure all project issued plant and equipment is secure and accounted for.Assist and drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction and project practices, with a focus to meet and exceed project delivery.Provide timely information as required to allow for the preparation and submission of project site reportsTo be successful you will have:Full, clean drivers' licenceSecondary education or equivalentMinimum 3 years construction experienceMinimum 1 year operational management experienceExperience with managing multiple tasks (Not required but viewed as beneficial)Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholdersWorking Hours - 7am - 4.30/5pm (minimum 40 working hours per week)Salary - $60k -$70k per annumLocated - Mainly Auckland, but will be required to travel for different projects around New Zealand.If you tick the above boxes and would like to find out more about this opportunity, please apply or feel free to reach out to Rebekka on ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
