We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a highly skilled team based in the Manawatu. This exciting opportunity will have you working alongside our Structures team on the Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatu Tararua Highway, working to connect communities with a vital transport link between Ashurst and Woodville. In collaboration with our partners, we are building 11.5km of new highway between Ashurst and Woodville that includes six bridges, with two bridges 300m or more over the Manawatu River. The highway boasts two lanes in each direction, including a shared use path for walkers and cyclists and will be fully planted across the whole project site.
The purpose of the Site Engineer role is to provide technical support across a wide range of civil projects. You will undertake on-site engineering tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of projects.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
