The opportunity: As a Maintenance Manager you will provide programme management development and delivery of the NZTA NOC Maintenance contract operational activities. This is a busy and challenging network, and the role has fantastic potential to create meaningful impact to the community. You will need to work with the asset manager, cyclic manager, and renewals manager to effectively streamline works and create best output for your teams. Through effectively managing your department you will ensure that it is delivering quality work for our clients and your people are doing good work every day. In addition to the above you will: Co-ordinate routine and heavy maintenance crews to ensure network response times are met Ensure that health and safety, and quality system procedures are communicated to and complied with by all staff and subcontractors Assist in the preparation of the contract claims and variation pricing processes for renewal and maintenance activities To be successful in this role, you will: BE or NZCE OR significant industry experience (Diploma in engineering or relevant industry) Minimum 5 years relevant experience Experience managing and developing teams (You will have 5 direct reports) You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent. You will have strong financial and business acumen.
