Auckland CBD, Auckland$40,000 - $50,000 a yearWe are currently looking for a full-time shift manager for our busy gelato cafe in the CBD Ferry Building.Island Gelato is a boutique gelato cafe that was first opened on Waiheke Island back in 2014, and has now expanded both to Auckland CBD and Newmarket. Our team is fresh, vibrant, honest and hard-working. We encourage staff to feel empowered in their jobs and be open with their communication to always allow for the best team-working environment, customer service and work-ethic.The ideal shift manager would have previous experience managing small to medium teams, be enthusiastic, forward thinking, and encouraging in all aspects.
