About the role Our IT Team has a rare Team Leader opportunity to lead our awesome Service Desk team. This role is responsible for managing Service Desk operations and driving a culture of continual process improvement.
You'll be joining a dedicated group where we value and encourage self-improvement and offer opportunities to make a difference to the people and teams we support.
Some key responsibilities will be to:
Manage four servicedesk team membersLead, coordinate and allocate incidents and requestsProvide communication to customers regarding planned work and unplanned outagesManage the deployment of workstations and mobile devicesManage and maintain system administration, user accounts and security permissionsAbout you  The successful applicant will possess:
Proven staff management or team leader experienceProven experience in customer service delivery in a technology environmentFinely tuned abilities to build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and vendorsAn awareness of information security & Cyber securityThe following is advantages though not essential:
Tertiary study in the field of computer science or equivalent IT industry certificationLocal or central Government experienceWhat Next?
