Service Desk Analyst

I am looking for a Service Desk Analyst with government experience who is available immediately for a 3 month contract role. You will need to obtain a Security Clearance which means youMUST BE A NZ CITIZEN.
The role will involve shift work including night shifts from 3.30pm-12am. You will have access to a free carpark on the night shift.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following experience:
5 years'+ experience working in an ICT service support role
Supporting users in a large and diverse client/server environment
Proven experience working with a diverse group of people from a range of cultures
Troubleshooting complex technical issues across the Windows Desktop stack
Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Previous government experience is essential
Working knowledge of end user security best practices
