A diverse role working in a nationwide team to deliver an internal support function with exceptional customer servicePermanent, full-time position available in DOC offices nationwideThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of this newly created team to get stuck into a varied work portfolio. In this role no two days are the same and you will be responsible for being the first contact by providing technical support, taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution, and going above and beyond to provide great customer service to our staff.
